The starting point.
The social presence did not fully reflect the active pickup-soccer community. The task was to create a more consistent identity, give individual cities a voice, and make the match experience visible to prospective players.

A system for local stories.
Shared colors, typography, reel framing, and city highlights supported a publishing approach around gameplay and local stories. Content pointed toward participation, app downloads, and city communities; these were intended actions, not measured registrations.
What the reports show.
May 15–October 12, 2025: Instagram recorded 576,649 views, comprising 403,246 organic and 173,403 paid views, alongside 6,555 engagements.
For the same period, TikTok recorded 79,576 video views and 2,976 engagements. These totals describe platform visibility and interaction, not attributed registrations or revenue.
